1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ph17.club, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service offered by ph17, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with ph17's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of ph17.club regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. ph17 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of ph17 services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph17 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with applicable Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming;
• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law;
• You must not be an employee, agent, director, officer, or contractor of ph17, or a close family member of any such person;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from ph17 or any affiliated platform.

ph17 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification such as a UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PhilSys ID. Services may be withheld pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph17. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly when it changes. ph17 may reject a registration application or suspend an existing account if it has reason to believe that information provided is false, misleading, outdated, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ph17 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify ph17 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing withdrawals or for deposits exceeding applicable thresholds. Accepted documents include any valid Philippine government-issued ID. KYC documents are processed in accordance with ph17's Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph17 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the ph17.club payments page.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Deposits are credited to your ph17 wallet upon confirmation of receipt by ph17's payment processors. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Requests submitted before 22:00 Philippine Standard Time (PST) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. ph17 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ph17 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of enhanced due diligence procedures in circumstances where ph17 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• ph17 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Third-party payment processor fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph17 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the applicable promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the promotion terms, including minimum deposit thresholds and account status conditions.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• ph17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the ability of a player who has already accepted and partially fulfilled a bonus to complete the applicable wagering requirement on terms no less favorable than those originally offered.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to collusion, exploitation of technical errors, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements ("bonus abuse"), may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and/or account suspension.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph17 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published where required and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes on individual sessions.

ph17 is not responsible for errors or interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the outcome will be determined by the game's server-side state at the time of disconnection and the result recorded accordingly. ph17 will not reverse legitimate game outcomes.

ph17 reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical error, software malfunction, or data corruption has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, ph17 will restore the player's balance to the state it was in immediately before the affected game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using ph17 services:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating the registration of accounts for third parties;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or ph17 systems;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud ph17 or other players;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in ph17's software or infrastructure;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph17 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a genuine deposit transaction with your payment provider.

ph17 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts and transactions in real time. Any account found to be in breach of this section may be immediately suspended and its balance withheld pending investigation. ph17 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph17 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. ph17 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides voluntary self-help tools to all registered players, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so at any time by contacting ph17 support or by activating the self-exclusion option in their account settings. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and ph17 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the affected player from accessing their account during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ph17.club — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall layout and design of the website — is the intellectual property of ph17 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph17.club solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph17 content without prior written consent from ph17.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of ph17 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph17's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ph17 services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to ph17 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph17 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent that such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ph17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Where ph17 determines that continued account operation poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination, ph17 will return any remaining verified balance to the player's last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding due diligence requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed by the player to ph17.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ph17 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph17 will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of ph17 services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ph17 services and may request account closure by contacting ph17 support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ph17's support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. ph17 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
